Bottom-up is more harmony-driven where FL Studio chooses a chord for you based on where you click. Great for quick ideas and 'inspire me' workflows.
• Chord Progression Tool - When Typing to piano keyboard is selected, you can preview Chords starting from C5. When editing, Chord nudge - Allows to you swap chords by clicking and dragging.
